Wayside - Dwarf AvocadoAvocado: The plant at the right is a scan from the Wayside Garden 2001 fall catalog. Avocados from seed may take up to ten years to fruit (if ever) and may not produce the same quality fruit of the parent .  Commercial growers usually propagate from cuttings.  Seeds do make a great house plant.
