I am looking for a potting bench plan that has containers for dirt sand etc.  Also one that could be hooked up to water.. With places for tools and garden supplies. Marcella

I haven't seen any plans for benches that fit your description but you could probably modify an existing design to fit your needs.  Here's a few of links you may try:
- Western Red Cedar Lumber Association - Triple duty bench serves as cold frame, propagating bench, and raised planter. Free online design!
- Sun Country Greenhouse Company - Free bench design.
-  Outdoor Wood Furniture Inc. -  Benches for sale - scroll down to see a nicely styled potting bench.
- Wolmanized Wood: Free Bench design with roof. Lots of other free plans, too:  
-  The Yard Works -accesories - Cedar bench with sink and cutting board.
-  U-Bild has several plans and a lot of other wood working projects:
     (1) Redwood Planting Table / Bench Plans for $8.95 - Classy
     (2) U-bild Potting Bench for $9.95 - Nice (Pictured above)
-  Auburn University:  not really a bench but a cold frame for propagating trees.
-  How-To-Do-It Design and Create a Potting Bench with Ron Hazelwood: doesn't show actual plans but pictures and step by step instructions.

I am in the process of designing my own but have been building a house so it will be a while before they're ready.  If I find anything else, I'll let you know.

Thanks for your help....Sun Greenhouse Co.  has a somewhat small potting bench, which is some help.  I think that I will build  on that. Thanks I will let you know how it comes out.  Fine Wood Working magazine may have plans for one.  I will have to add to it I am sure. Thanks Marcella
