2, 30x96 ft Atlas Snow Arch @ $4000 each

Each house has 250k Btu Modine heaters, one has a 75k Btu
Reznor. They all have two fans, four direct drive, the rest belt driven.
All wood framing included, as well as 4000 ft of extra purlin pipe (I grew
a lot of hanging plants).
There is also plenty of shade cloth, 4, 50% and 4, 70% pieces. A lot of extras involved.
This is currently on 3
acres of land in sunny southern Georgia. We'd be willing to sell this all for $50,000
I would really like to sell the entire property, I am
willing to just sell the greenhouses. If the latter is the case I am willing to drop and load each house, tho I have a demanding schedule and timing
will have to be negotiated.
